Make sure your messages actually reach the inbox
The Lyris HQ deliverability analytics tool lets you prevent and correct email-deliverability issues, so you can be confident that the messages you send will actually arrive in the inbox and display as designed. It is built upon the EmailAdvisor platform, an award-winning solution with hundreds of satisfied customers.
Comprehensive window into email delivery
- Uncover inbox-delivery rates by ISP. Most marketers have no clue how much of their “delivered” mail is actually diverted to the junk folder. Our Delivery Monitor shows the actual percentage of mail going to the inbox and the junk folder – as well as how much isn’t arriving at all. If a particular ISP is blocking your messages, you’ll be able to take corrective action.

- Fix bad email design. If your email creative isn’t designed with blocked images and the preview pane in mind, what your recipients see may be radically different from what you intended. Our Inbox Snapshot previews how your email actually displays in AOL, Outlook, Yahoo! and more than 50 other email clients, in time to redesign problem campaigns.
- Avoid spammy content. Our Content Analyzer tests your message against three different levels of spam filters, looking for attributes, keywords and other red flags typically associated with unsolicited commercial email.
- Find out if you’re blacklisted. Our Blacklist Monitor checks your email domains against more than 175 different blacklists. You’ll know which blacklists you appear on, so you can work with specific providers to resolve issues.
- Get a heads-up on ISP delivery delays. If a particular ISP is experiencing technical difficulties, you’ll know in time to plan around it. Our ISP Monitor shows how long each ISP is taking to deliver email.
